Your Responsibilities

• Model exemplary nursing practice and professional standards for peers and new team members

What You Bring

• Current registration in good standing as a Registered Nurse with the applicable regulatory body in Ontario
• Solid clinical nursing experience that enables credible leadership among peers
• Demonstrated ability to influence positive change and coach others using respectful, practical approaches
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited to education, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration
• Familiarity with evidence-based nursing practice and quality-improvement methods
• Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and culturally responsive care
• Reliability, initiative, and the capacity to manage priorities effectively in a busy clinical environment
• Willingness to serve as a positive role model and contribute actively to nursing excellence initiatives
