Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and support nursing colleagues in a resource or charge capacity.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities that foster teamwork and respectful and caring patient relationships.
• Commitment to patient safety, continuous learning, and professional practice standards.
• Readiness to work on-site in Fergus, Ontario in a full-time capacity.
