Regional Safety Manager

Reworld is hiring a Regional Safety Manager to join its team across 4 locations. This is a full-time position responsible for developing and implementing safety strategies that protect employees, visitors, and operations.

What This Role Involves

As a Regional Safety Manager, you'll lead safety initiatives across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while fostering a culture of workplace safety. You'll work directly with operations teams, site managers, and employees to identify hazards, reduce risks, and create a safer working environment for everyone.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and procedures across assigned regional locations
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations to identify risks and prevent future accidents
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, industry standards, and company safety policies
• Train employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and hazard awareness
• Maintain detailed records of safety metrics, incidents, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with site managers to address safety concerns and implement improvements
• Develop and deliver safety communications and awareness campaigns
• Manage safety equipment and ensure proper maintenance and availability

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven experience in workplace safety management or a related safety role
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify safety trends
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between regional locations
• Certification in occupational safety (such as CSP, OHST, or equivalent) is preferred
