• Inspect dishwashing systems and related tools regularly, coordinating repairs or service to prevent interruptions.
• Build staff schedules, deliver practical training, and conduct performance reviews that strengthen reliability and skill.
• Align closely with culinary and service leads so every production zone remains prepared for planned activity levels.
• Uphold rigorous sanitation standards, food-safety protocols, and workplace safety practices at all times.
• Streamline waste handling, recycling, and storage layouts to protect efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

• Prior hands-on stewarding experience, ideally with progressive supervisory duties that prepare you for Chief Steward responsibilities.
