Role Overview
As a Team Member with Coffeeandbagelbrands, you'll be the welcoming face of our café—greeting customers, preparing their favorite orders, and creating a positive experience during every shift. This is a full-time position where you'll play a key role in our fast-paced, collaborative environment while building genuine connections with regulars and new guests.
Your Responsibilities
- Take and accurately fulfill customer orders for coffee, bagels, and other café items
- Prepare beverages and food items to our quality standards
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café, including customer and prep areas
- Follow food safety protocols and health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with opening or closing procedures as scheduled
- Handle customer questions and feedback professionally
