Role Overview

As a Reservation Agent with Uhaul in Denver, you'll be the voice of customer service, taking calls and processing reservations for customers planning their moving and rental needs. Core Duties

• Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries about vehicle availability, pricing, and rental policies
• Process rental reservations accurately, gathering customer information and vehicle preferences
• Navigate reservation management software to book vehicles and modify existing bookings
• Provide accurate quotes and explain rental terms, equipment options, and pricing to customers
• Handle customer concerns and escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and reservations

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests efficiently
• Comfort working with computer systems and rental management software
• Customer service experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including potential weekends and evenings
