Your Responsibilities

- Record production data and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
- Follow all safety protocols and workplace procedures to maintain a secure manufacturing environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate production flow
- Make minor adjustments to machine settings to optimize production efficiency
Who We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous machinery operation experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow safety guidelines
- Reliable, punctual, and results-oriented
- Fluency in Portuguese; English proficiency is an advantage
