KMC Solutions Inc is hiring a Video Editor for our full-time position based in the United States. You'll lead the creative transformation of raw footage into engaging, platform-ready video content that resonates with audiences across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.

What This Role Involves

In this position, you'll be the creative engine behind our video content strategy. Working directly with raw materials captured from internal productions and client submissions, you'll craft polished, platform-specific videos that strengthen brand presence and drive viewer engagement. This is hands-on creative work where your editing choices determine how stories land with audiences across multiple social and digital platforms.

Core Duties

• Edit and produce short-form social content optimized for Reels, TikTok, and similar platforms
• Shape long-form content for YouTube, including interviews, testimonials, and branded stories
• Create promotional videos and supporting assets that meet brand and client specifications
• Enhance footage with motion graphics, overlays, captions, transitions, and sound to amplify storytelling impact
• Adapt long-form material into multiple short-form versions tailored to each platform's format and audience
• Work alongside creative directors, marketing leads, and social media strategists to align edits with campaign goals
• Manage concurrent projects under tight timelines without compromising quality
• Perform color grading, audio mixing, and final polish on all deliverables
• Monitor emerging video trends, platform updates, and industry techniques to keep content fresh
• Maintain an organized, accessible archive of video materials for efficient asset reuse

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency, brand studio, or independent content creation environment
• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Hands-on familiarity with motion graphics, animation fundamentals, and sound design
• Experience editing for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn with understanding of each platform's unique audience and format requirements
• A polished portfolio or demo reel that demonstrates creative range, pacing control, and technical skill
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize independently
• Excellent communication and receptiveness to creative direction and feedback
• Knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is a valuable bonus
