Operations Coordinator

Drop Zero Digital is hiring an Operations Coordinator to manage our core business operations. Based in Egypt and focused on supporting our founder, you'll hold a full-time role that carries real strategic weight and growth opportunity.

About the Role

This is the operations nerve center of Drop Zero Digital—a founder-led email marketing agency specializing in Klaviyo strategy for ecommerce brands. The position is internally focused, not client-facing. You'll own multiple operational domains, with priorities shifting weekly based on what the business needs most. One week you're managing a hiring pipeline of thirty candidates; the next, you're rebuilding an onboarding system from scratch. You manage your own time allocation and make judgment calls when direction is incomplete.

What You'll Do

• Lead hiring operations, including candidate tracking, scheduling, communication, and ATS administration
• Support our founder with executive assistance: inbox management, calendar coordination, document preparation, and follow-up accountability
• Build and maintain operational infrastructure—standard operating procedures, process documentation, and system organization across Notion and shared platforms
• Provide operational coverage across internal handoffs, ensuring communication and task completion stay clean and complete

Qualifications

• Genuine accountability: you own missed processes, close loops by deadline, and don't blame tools or communication for execution gaps
• Professional-standard English, written and spoken, suitable for async-first business communication
• Warm disposition—genuinely curious, growth-oriented, and energized by understanding how the business works
• Organizational clarity paired with solid judgment under incomplete information; you hold multiple threads without dropping any
• Honest 2+ year commitment to this role as a career home, not a bridge position or side experiment
• Egypt-based, CET timezone-aligned; daily end-of-day reflection and real-time Hubstaff time-tracking are non-negotiable
