Canada Remote | Qlik Admin | 8-10 years of experience | Long Term

TMS, LLC is hiring a Qlik Administrator for a contract-based, long-term engagement in Canada. If you bring 8-10 years of experience managing enterprise analytics platforms, this opportunity offers the chance to lead our analytics transformation.

Position Summary

This tactical role establishes the foundation for a new Business Analytics unit within our Shared Technology Services department. You'll take the lead on our Qlik operations, starting by comprehensively mapping our current systems—including architecture, constraints, and support requirements. Your scope includes designing and building Qlik Sense applications, optimizing their performance, and troubleshooting complex issues. You'll partner closely with business leaders to identify their analytics pain points, convert those insights into technical solutions, and drive ongoing enhancements to our analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and assess the existing Qlik ecosystem, capturing architecture details, performance bottlenecks, and support needs
• Design and develop Qlik Sense applications that address business requirements and deliver measurable value
• Administer and configure QlikCloud environments, including Data Gateways and Qlik Automation components
• Maintain QlikCloud Governance controls to protect sensitive information and maintain compliance standards
• Identify and resolve performance issues, implementing optimization strategies across the platform
• Work with business teams to translate requirements into analytics solutions and continuously improve platform capabilities
• Manage deployments using Mail & Deploy and related release management tools

What You Bring

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Qlik administration and support roles
• Expert knowledge of QlikCloud administration, including Data Gateways and Qlik Automation configuration
• Strong understanding of QlikCloud Governance and data protection practices
• Proven expertise in Qlik Scripting and application development
• Familiarity with Qlik command-line tools and API integration (a plus)
• Previous exposure to Mail & Deploy or Qlik NPrinting tools (preferred)
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences
• Demonstrated commitment to performance optimization and continuous improvement
