Role Overview

As a Front Line Leader at Allegion, you'll hold a pivotal role directing day-to-day operations and team performance. You'll foster a culture of engagement and accountability while ensuring we meet our production and quality standards. In this hands-on leadership position based in Colorado Springs, you'll mentor team members, solve challenges in real time, and contribute directly to Allegion's mission of providing reliable access control and security solutions to customers worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members, providing clear direction, feedback, and coaching to drive individual and collective performance
• Maintain and improve operational metrics including safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team huddles to communicate priorities and build engagement
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Collaborate with peer leaders and departments to support cross-functional initiatives
• Track and manage team schedules, absences, and workload allocation
• Contribute to talent development, hiring, and onboarding within your area

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in leadership valued
