What This Role Involves

As a Team Member at this Wendy's location, you'll work across all aspects of quick-service restaurant operations. Your Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and process payments using the point-of-sale system
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Operate fryers, grills, and other food preparation equipment safely
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and health and safety compliance throughout shifts
• Stock supplies and manage inventory of food and paper products
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet service demands during peak hours
• Follow company policies and procedures consistently

• Reliable and punctual availability for assigned part-time shifts
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn restaurant procedures and safety protocols
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
