Full Stack Finance Builder

Fleek is recruiting a Full Stack Finance Builder based in London. You'll develop systems that unify engineering, operational processes, and accounting logic—automating workflows that have historically been manual and building the financial backbone for a rapidly scaling secondhand commerce platform.

About This Position

This role combines software engineering with financial systems expertise. As a Full Stack Finance Builder at Fleek, you'll construct integrations and automation that translate operational events into financial reporting and accounting entries. You'll work across product, finance, and engineering to identify where systems can replace spreadsheets and manual processes, creating infrastructure that evolves as the business grows.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop integrations connecting internal systems, databases, and financial platforms to eliminate manual processes
• Define how business events trigger accounting entries and implement this logic in production systems
• Create financial reporting systems that provide accurate, real-time visibility into business performance
• Partner with finance, product, and engineering stakeholders to understand workflows and design solutions
• Progressively replace manual finance workarounds with scalable, automated infrastructure

Who We're Looking For

• Excellent software engineering fundamentals; technical delivery is central to this role
• Product instinct—you think beyond features to understand user problems and operational edge cases
• Familiarity with accounting concepts: ledgers, chart of accounts, and accounting entries
• Track record building integrations, internal tools, or operational automation connecting workflows to finance or data systems
• Ability to work collaboratively across finance, product, and technical teams without rigid boundaries
• Experience with fintech platforms, financial systems, or operational tooling (advantageous)
• Background deploying AI-based automation or modern infrastructure practices (advantageous)
