Role Overview
You'll build the acquisition engine serving two segments: online resellers (Depop, Vinted, Whatnot, eBay, Instagram) and vintage retailers. Today, acquisition is manual and unscalable. Your mission: create systems for lead sourcing, enrichment, personalised outreach, scoring, and funnel tracking—targeting 500+ closures annually.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design sourcing pipelines and scrapers across reseller platforms, surfacing qualified prospects by volume, geography, and spend signals.
- Build enrichment systems feeding a centralised target list.
- Engineer multi-channel sequences (email, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, phone) personalised by AI, respecting platform caps.
- Define and instrument funnel metrics; identify and fix bottlenecks.
- Develop separate playbooks for online resellers versus physical retailers.
- Build AI agents to automate qualification, personalisation, reply handling, and CRM work.
- Scale from tens to thousands of prospects without losing precision.
Skills & Qualifications
- Shipped acquisition tooling: scrapers, enrichment, outreach automation, lead scoring.
- AI-first mindset. You leverage LLMs and know where they accelerate or hinder progress.
- Commercial judgment. You think in ICPs, tiers, and funnels. You write like an operator.
- B2B GTM experience with enterprise stacks (CRMs, sequencers, enrichment platforms).
- Independent builder. You solve ambiguous problems and ship without waiting for specs.
- Rigorous about metrics. You track honest numbers and know where your funnel leaks.
Nice to have: Marketplace or retail experience, founder/early-stage background, secondhand fashion knowledge, or multi-channel outbound expertise.
