About the Role

As our ABM Strategist, you'll combine hands-on platform expertise with strategic thinking. Working daily in account intelligence tools like 6Sense and Demandbase, you'll build and maintain target account lists, monitor buying signals, and surface insights that guide Paid Media, Content, and Email strategies. You'll partner closely with the ABM Director on strategy development and client engagement, ensuring account tiers and intent data drive real campaign decisions. Beyond execution, you'll coordinate across all service lines to keep ABM initiatives unified and pipeline-focused.

Core Duties

  • Build, maintain, and optimize target account lists, tiering models, and scoring frameworks within 6Sense, Demandbase, or equivalent ABM platforms
  • Monitor account intent signals and engagement metrics daily; communicate findings to leadership and channel partners before questions arise
  • Support the ABM Director in creating strategy documents, discovery frameworks, and go-to-market plans for client programs
  • Translate account tiers and intent insights into campaign briefs and targeting parameters for Paid Media, Social, Content, and Email teams
  • Coordinate with channel leads to ensure campaigns execute aligned with account strategy and tiering methodology
  • Own ABM reporting and dashboards; track pipeline influence, account engagement, and funnel progression
  • Facilitate cross-team alignment across SEO, Creative, Public Relations, and Conversion Rate Optimization services
  • Support business development by researching target accounts and market segments for new client opportunities
  • Apply AI technologies to enhance ABM processes and reporting accuracy
  • Integrate Power Digital's nova platform into ABM strategy and measurement workflows
  • Join client calls and discovery sessions; progressively lead ABM performance discussions independently

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on proficiency with 6Sense, Demandbase, or comparable ABM and intent data platforms
  • Two to four years of B2B marketing, marketing operations, or ABM experience in-house or at an agency
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot
  • Understanding of intent data, predictive scoring, and account tiering methodologies
  • Strong analytical capability; able to extract, interpret, and communicate data independently
  • Clear written and verbal communication; ability to translate platform insights into actionable recommendations
  • Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing account data and reporting across multiple clients
  • Collaborative mindset with confidence to flag opportunities and concerns to senior stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Prior agency experience valued but not required
