About the Role
As Sr. Director of Sponsor Operations, you'll spearhead all operational aspects of Crio's sponsor programs. This remote leadership position combines strategic partnership management with operational excellence, giving you full responsibility for sponsor account success, program execution, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sponsor relationships and accounts to drive partner success and long-term retention
- Design and optimize operational processes that scale sponsorship programs efficiently
- Build and mentor a high-performing sponsor operations team
- Negotiate sponsor contracts and establish compliance and governance frameworks
- Track sponsor performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve program outcomes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute integrated sponsorship strategies
- Develop new sponsor value propositions and revenue opportunities
Who We're Looking For
- 10+ years leading sponsorship, partnerships, account management, or business operations
- Demonstrated success building and scaling operations in a leadership capacity
- Strategic mindset with the ability to design frameworks and processes for growth
- Masterful relationship builder with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and business intelligence systems
- Ability to influence across organizational boundaries and drive alignment
- Experience managing a portfolio of sponsor relationships and complex partnerships
