Forklift/Cherry Picker Operator

Fidelitone is seeking a full-time Forklift/Cherry Picker Operator for our Aurora, CO warehouse. In this hands-on role, you'll operate material handling equipment and manage the flow of inventory that keeps our operations moving.

About This Position

As a Forklift/Cherry Picker Operator at Fidelitone, you'll be the backbone of our warehouse operations in Aurora. This position involves physically retrieving, moving, and organizing merchandise using forklifts and other material handling equipment. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, safety awareness, and efficiency directly impact our ability to serve customers. Your role is critical in ensuring products are stored correctly, shipped on time, and our workspace stays organized and safe.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and cherry pickers to load, unload, and move products to designated storage and staging areas
• Use warehouse management systems to document inventory data, track product status, and record shipment information
• Pick, pack, and build pallets, performing light assembly work as needed
• Receive inbound shipments, carefully unload products, and transport them to proper storage locations
• Sort, label, wrap, and repack merchandise according to specifications
• Prepare bills of lading and shipping manifests for various carriers
• Stage and organize outbound skids and products for truck and trailer loading
• Efficiently load finished orders and staged inventory into outbound vehicles
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following our 5S safety standards
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

What You Bring

• Valid forklift and/or cherry picker certification or ability to obtain one
• Comfort using computer systems and warehouse management software in daily work
• Physical stamina for warehouse work involving lifting, standing, and operating equipment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in inventory and shipment handling
• Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean work environment
• Ability to work productively in a team-oriented warehouse setting
