Performance Marketing Manager

About This Position

This full-time role focuses on developing, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns that deliver quantifiable results for PRISM+. You'll be responsible for managing marketing budgets, analysing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand reaches the right audience with the right message. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you'll be central to our regional marketing operations and strategic growth plans.

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and oversee performance marketing campaigns across digital channels including search, social media, email, and display advertising
• Analyse campaign performance data using analytics tools to identify trends, optimise spending, and improve return on investment
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across multiple initiatives
• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align messaging with business objectives and brand positioning
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for campaign innovation
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management stakeholders
• Manage relationships with external agencies and marketing partners to maximise campaign effectiveness

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related marketing roles
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, marketing tools, and analytics platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimise campaign performance metrics
• Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and marketing automation software
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams across departments
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous
