Customer Experience Executive

Join PRISM+ as a Customer Experience Executive based in Singapore. We're looking for a dedicated professional to lead customer satisfaction initiatives, manage support operations, and create meaningful interactions across our business.

About This Position

This full-time role offers the opportunity to shape how customers experience PRISM+ across all touchpoints. You'll own the customer journey, driving improvements in service delivery, response quality, and overall satisfaction. Based in Singapore, you'll work directly with teams across the organisation to implement customer-centric strategies and resolve complex service challenges.

Core Duties

• Lead and oversee customer support operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and complaints
• Develop and implement customer experience strategies aligned with business objectives
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics, analyse feedback, and identify opportunities for service improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product and service delivery
• Train and mentor customer-facing staff on best practices and service standards
• Manage escalations and handle sensitive customer situations with professionalism and discretion
• Track performance against KPIs and report on customer experience outcomes

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in customer service, customer support, or customer experience management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect with diverse customer groups
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to think strategically about service improvements
• Proficiency with customer relationship management systems and customer service tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and continuous improvement
• Based in or willing to work from Singapore
