Intelligence Analyst

Prevail seeks an Intelligence Analyst to join its Kyiv-based team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you'll conduct research-driven analysis, synthesize information from multiple sources, and deliver intelligence products that inform critical decision-making within the organization.

What This Role Involves

As an Intelligence Analyst at Prevail in Kyiv, you will develop and deliver analytical assessments that synthesize complex information into clear, actionable intelligence. Your work will involve methodical research, source evaluation, pattern recognition, and the production of intelligence reports and briefings that support organizational priorities. This on-site position in Kyiv city demands precision, independent judgment, and the ability to communicate nuanced findings to diverse stakeholders. You'll engage in intelligence collection and analysis that contributes to informed strategy and operational understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic research using open-source intelligence and approved specialized data sources
• Analyze collected information to identify trends, anomalies, and interconnections relevant to organizational objectives
• Prepare comprehensive analytical reports, assessments, and intelligence briefings for internal and external stakeholders
• Evaluate source credibility, validate findings, and assess the confidence level of conclusions
• Collaborate with colleagues on joint analytical projects and cross-reference assessments to strengthen accuracy
• Maintain organized intelligence files and contribute to the organization's knowledge base
• Support special intelligence projects and ad-hoc analytical requests
