Maintenance Technician

Prestage is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Saint Pauls, North Carolina. This is a full-time position supporting critical equipment maintenance and facility operations.

Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our operations running smoothly. You'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure our facilities remain safe and functional. This Saint Pauls, North Carolina position offers the opportunity to work with diverse equipment and systems in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems and implement repairs
• Respond to equipment failures and downtime issues to restore operations quickly
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with operational procedures
• Collaborate with production and supervisory teams to identify maintenance needs
• Operate and calibrate testing equipment to verify system functionality

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar technical maintenance role
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and maintenance documentation
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license preferred
