Pinewood.AI is seeking a First Line Support Consultant with Swedish or Danish language skills to join our support team in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. What This Role Involves

As a First Line Support Consultant (Apps Support, Swedish or Danish Speaking) at Pinewood.AI, you'll be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical difficulties with our applications. Working in Cape Town, you'll handle support enquiries in Swedish, Danish, or English, diagnose application issues, and guide users towards resolution. This role combines technical troubleshooting with excellent customer service, ensuring a positive support experience for every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to support requests from application users in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to resolve problems
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and/or Danish with users, with English as a backup language
  • Document support tickets and track issue resolution through to completion
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team
  • Maintain professionalism and patience whilst supporting users of varying technical abilities
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in support processes and documentation

Requirements

  • Fluent in Swedish, Danish, or both languages
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field
  • Ability to troubleshoot software and application issues
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Based in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa (on-site role)
