Pierce Technology Corp is hiring a ServiceNow IRM Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. This is a remote position available to qualified professionals throughout the United States.
The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM (Identity and Risk Management) Consultant to help our clients implement, configure, and optimize their identity governance and risk management solutions. In this contract role, you'll work with enterprise organizations to strengthen their identity controls, streamline access governance, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You'll be the technical expert guiding customers through complex IAM challenges and delivering solutions that scale with their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions tailored to client business requirements and security objectives
- Configure identity governance workflows, access reviews, and provisioning processes within the ServiceNow platform
- Conduct assessments of existing identity and access management practices to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with clients to map their business processes and translate them into ServiceNow IRM functionality
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for identity governance, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks
- Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and maintain solution documentation
- Support testing, training, and change management activities throughout implementation lifecycles
Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise with ServiceNow Identity and Risk Management module
- Strong understanding of identity governance concepts, access controls, and compliance requirements
- Experience configuring ServiceNow workflows, tables, and business rules
- Proficiency with enterprise identity management platforms and IAM principles
- Ability to gather requirements, document solutions, and communicate technical concepts to stakeholder audiences
- ServiceNow certification (IRM or related) is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
