What This Role Involves

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, trainers, and staff
• Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of training sessions
• Handling client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintaining accurate records and updating client information
• Collaborating with trainers to ensure all necessary materials are prepared

• Responding to client emails and phone calls
• Processing registrations for training programs
• Managing client data and updating systems
• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of training facilities
• Supporting trainers during sessions as needed

Requirements
