Account Manager

About This Position

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our well-established display print business. You will take ownership of key client accounts, driving sales and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This is a field-based position that combines office support from our Hertford headquarters with regular visits to clients across the United Kingdom. The role offers competitive remuneration of £38,000–£40,000 annually, plus expenses, a mobile phone, and laptop.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing client accounts within the large format print and signage sector
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams
• Conduct site visits and face-to-face meetings with clients across the UK
• Identify new business opportunities and support the sales pipeline
• Ensure clients receive outstanding service and support throughout their projects
• Liaise between clients and internal teams to deliver bespoke large format solutions
• Maintain accurate account records and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management or business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
• Comfortable with regular travel across the UK
• Knowledge of the print, signage, or display sector is advantageous
• Organised, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
• Driving licence and access to reliable transport
