Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Reward Manager or equivalent senior HR role
  • Strong expertise in reward strategy, compensation structures and benefits administration
  • Demonstrated experience designing and managing performance management systems
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and problem-solving approach
  • Proficiency with HR systems and workforce data analysis
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly to all audiences
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR experience
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build effective working relationships across organisational levels
