The Opportunity

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the contingent workforce strategy to meet business demands across all departments
- Build and maintain relationships with staffing partners, suppliers, and external recruitment agencies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contingent roles, ensuring quality candidates and timely placements
- Monitor contingent workforce spend, budgets, and compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Work cross-functionally with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver solutions
- Continuously improve processes, systems, and best practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
- Ensure contingent workforce programmes reflect our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing contingent workforce programmes or leading recruitment initiatives
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and contingent worker compliance requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams with diverse perspectives
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for creating an engaging, inclusive workplace
- Experience with recruitment platforms, HR systems, or talent management software preferred
