Marketing Manager – LATAM

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital health organization in their search for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive growth across Latin America. Our client is an established international company with a strong presence in multiple markets, and they're now expanding their reach throughout Spanish-speaking regions.

This role offers the opportunity to own marketing strategy and execution for an entire region, working cross-functionally with global teams while adapting initiatives to local market nuances. You'll be responsible for developing culturally relevant campaigns that resonate with LATAM audiences and drive measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to grow market share and revenue across Spanish-speaking markets in Latin America
• Build a strong understanding of LATAM markets, including local education structures, professional pathways, and regional behavioral differences
• Adapt global messaging to local cultural and linguistic contexts, ensuring relevance for regional needs and preferences
• Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social channels
• Leverage region-specific platforms and channels (such as Meta and WhatsApp) effectively for the LATAM market
• Monitor and optimize campaigns using data to drive continuous improvement across acquisition, activation, and retention funnels
• Manage end-to-end project execution and collaborate cross-functionally with global teams including CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative, and Product
• Build scalable best practices and ensure alignment across LATAM initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a strong plus
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing within SaaS or B2C environments, specifically in Latin America
• Strong understanding of multichannel marketing including CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and Social Media
• Deep knowledge of region-specific channel dynamics in LATAM markets
• Proven experience developing and implementing marketing strategies, including positioning, value propositions, and localized messaging
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with limited data to design and execute impactful marketing initiatives
• Comfortable balancing strategic vision with operational execution in fast-paced environments
• Highly reliable business partner with a solutions-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills with ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
• Strong ownership mentality with high accountability
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability across diverse LATAM markets
