Die Rolle richtet sich an Support-Profis, die nicht nur Tickets weiterleiten, sondern Probleme wirklich verstehen und lösen wollen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
- Erste Ansprechperson für Kunden am Telefon und per E-Mail – 1st Level Support mit Entwicklungsperspektive auf 2nd Level
- Administrative Verwaltung und Überblick über alle laufenden Support-Fälle
- Konfiguration der Software passgenau auf Kundenanforderungen – von Feature-Freischaltung bis Berechtigungsstruktur
- Analyse von Abhängigkeiten und Fehlerquellen in der Software, bevor sie beim Kunden zum Problem werden
- Manuelles Testen jedes Software-Releases und Steuerung von Tickets für fehlerfreie Auslieferung
- Fehleranalyse an Schnittstellen zu Partnersystemen, direkte Kommunikation mit Schnittstellenpartnern und interner Entwicklung zur Problembehebung
Was wir suchen
Erforderlich:
- Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt oder Software-Support
- Technisches Verständnis für komplexe Softwareprozesse und Schnittstellen
- Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise – Sie erkennen Abhängigkeiten, bevor sie zum Problem werden
- Freude an direktem Kundenkontakt und daran, für jeden Fall die passende Lösung zu finden
- Deutsch auf C2-Niveau, Englisch mindestens B2 in Wort und Schrift
Von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung im Automotive-Sektor oder B2B-Software-Support
- Ausbildung im IT- oder Software-Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker:in
