Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization in Hamburg seeking an apprentice to join their IT systems team. From day one, you'll be actively involved in real-world IT operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing and supporting internal IT systems within a modern Microsoft environment
• Providing technical support to colleagues through phone and remote assistance
• Configuring databases, mail servers, and industry-specific applications
• Learning how interfaces between different software systems function
• Maintaining software systems and ensuring secure data transmission
• Working with both cloud-based systems and client-hosted servers
• Supporting mobile device deployments including smartphones and tablets
• Gaining exposure to the full IT lifecycle: consulting, project management, programming, installation, maintenance, and support

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates who bring:

• Completed secondary school education with strong marks in mathematics and/or computer science
• Initial experience with IT fundamentals, networks, or operating systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies is a plus
• Ability to work independently with a goal-oriented approach
• Interest in supporting both internal IT infrastructure and external clients
• Strong communication skills and curiosity for technical challenges
• Enthusiasm for learning in a collaborative team environment
