Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics organization seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join their People Experience team in Bischofsheim bei Frankfurt. In this role, you will be the backbone of HR and payroll administration, ensuring data accuracy, contract excellence, and seamless payroll processing.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing the complete employee lifecycle administratively, from onboarding through contract modifications to offboarding
• Creating employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and HR reports with precision while maintaining digital personnel files
• Reviewing working hours, vacation records, sick leave documentation, bonuses, and tax-relevant data in preparation for payroll processing
• Serving as the liaison with authorities, health insurance providers, and tax offices
• Collaborating closely with Payroll, Finance, and People Experience Operations teams
• Administering employee benefits programs including cafeteria systems, language courses, and anniversary recognition

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree with focus on HR, administration, or business
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in HR administration or comparable role
• Foundational knowledge of German labor law, tax law, and social insurance regulations is a strong plus
• Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and HR systems
• Extremely careful, structured, and detail-oriented working style
• Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential data
• Negotiation-level German proficiency in written and spoken communication
• Good English skills (B1–B2 level)
