Lagerhelfer / Mitarbeiter Logistik (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce logistics organization operating in the Schönefeld bei Berlin area. As a warehouse associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations:

• Receiving, sorting, and picking orders using modern barcode scanning technology
• Carefully packing a diverse range of products, including fresh produce and other consumer goods, with attention to customer satisfaction
• Storing inventory properly within the warehouse and conducting visual quality control checks
• Identifying and reporting damaged goods or process deviations to the appropriate teams
• Preparing completed orders for dispatch and delivery

What We're Looking For

• Practical warehouse experience, ideally in inventory management, stock handling, or order picking
• Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day, with capability to lift packages up to 15 kg
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, Monday through Saturday
• Careful, reliable, and hands-on approach to work
• Previous formal training is not required – we value your practical experience and dependable attitude

Pay

Our client offers a fixed monthly gross salary of €2,409.29 with full compensation for all overtime hours worked. Additional benefits include daily meal allowance of €9.00 and transportation subsidy of €5.00 per working day, bi-annual vouchers totaling €600 per year, employee discounts, and access to corporate benefits covering fitness, travel, tickets, and shopping.
