Staplerfahrer / Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik – Schubmast (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce logistics organization seeking an experienced forklift operator specializing in reach truck operations for their modern warehouse facility in Garching bei München.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Operating reach trucks to transport, relocate, and store goods within a high-bay warehouse environment
• Ensuring timely supply of products to the picking and packing lines to maintain continuous operations
• Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently according to established procedures
• Recording and documenting all inventory movements in the internal warehouse management system
• Maintaining smooth material flow throughout the facility to support daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Valid forklift certification with demonstrated practical experience operating reach trucks (Schubmaststapler)
• Hands-on experience with loading and unloading operations in high-bay racking systems
• Previous logistics experience in warehousing or order picking environments
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system including Saturdays
• Good command of German or English for team communication and system operations
• Reliable and detail-oriented approach to safety and accuracy

Pay

Our client offers a competitive monthly base salary starting at €2,600 gross, with full compensation for overtime hours worked. Additionally, daily allowances include €9 meal subsidy and €5 travel cost supplement per working day. Semi-annual vouchers and employee discounts are also provided through the client.
