Warehouse Trainer / Trainer Logistik (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential logistics organization operating in the Frankfurt region. Our client needs a skilled Warehouse Trainer to ensure new team members hit the ground running and existing employees continue to develop their capabilities on the floor.

This is not a desk job. You'll be coaching, demonstrating, and building confidence where the real work happens—in the warehouse. If you enjoy teaching by example and helping people grow into high-performing team members, our talent team wants to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding programs for new warehouse employees across multiple departments and operational processes
• Provide ongoing coaching, constructive feedback, and practical support to help team members improve daily performance
• Identify individual training needs and build actionable improvement plans tailored to each employee
• Support development of training materials and assist with rollout of new warehouse processes
• Ensure consistent adherence to safety rules, operational guidelines, and quality standards across the floor
• Partner with management to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously refine onboarding methods
• Serve as the go-to resource for daily floor questions and model professionalism, teamwork, and quality focus

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in training, coaching, or onboarding roles
• Background in warehouse, logistics, or operational environments is a strong advantage
• Hands-on mindset with comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic settings
• Strong communication skills and natural ability to connect with people and deliver constructive feedback
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about helping others succeed
• Comfortable using digital tools, apps, and workplace technologies
• Professional working proficiency in English or German required
• Additional languages such as Romanian, Russian, or Polish are highly valued
