Werkstudent*in Influencer Marketing DACH (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential sustainability-focused e-commerce organization, is seeking a working student to support their influencer marketing efforts in the DACH region. In this role, you will:

• Support the development and scaling of influencer partnerships across German-speaking markets
• Contribute to creative and authentic influencer marketing campaign concepts
• Manage day-to-day influencer communications, including responding to partnership inquiries, drafting emails, and coordinating product shipments
• Research and identify suitable partnership opportunities, managing the full collaboration lifecycle from initial contact through negotiations, contract management, briefings, performance analysis, and ongoing relationship maintenance
• Monitor, document, and report on influencer partnership performance
• Explore new channels and personalities across YouTube, TikTok, and podcast platforms to expand partnership opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on strategic objectives
• Create monthly newsletters for affiliate partners and support content creation for German TikTok and social media channels

What We're Looking For

We are representing a confidential client seeking candidates with:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Media & Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Availability to work 16–20 hours per week
• Location in the Munich area with willingness to work in the office at least once per week
• Native-level German proficiency and very strong English skills (minimum B2 level)
• Ideally, prior experience in influencer marketing or other performance marketing channels
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong empathy
• Structured working style with ability to maintain oversight during busy periods
• Strong knowledge of the German lifestyle and e-commerce landscape is preferred
• Practical experience with tools such as Shopify, Canva, Asana, Linkster, Tableau, Storyblok, Slack, and AI tools is advantageous
