We are representing a confidential telecommunications service provider seeking an experienced Team Leader for their customer service operations in Hamburg. This is a permanent, full-time position offering 100% remote work after an initial onboarding period.

Our client is looking for a passionate leader who thrives in customer service environments and has a proven track record of managing high-performing teams. You'll play a key role in driving service excellence and building a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of customer service professionals
• Ensure quality standards, service metrics, and performance KPIs are consistently met
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback meetings, and team discussions
• Coordinate with planning, quality management, and project leadership teams
• Manage daily reporting and performance tracking
• Contribute to process optimization and implement improvement initiatives
• Serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders and client representatives

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in customer service environments
• Ability to complete a 3-week onboarding period on-site in Hamburg before transitioning to remote work
• Strong communication and coaching capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and foster professional development
• Experience working with KPIs and performance management systems
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work approach
• Enthusiasm for collaboration, taking ownership, and building team culture
• Fluency in German is required for this role
