Senior Global Supply Chain Manager – EMEA

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential cloud infrastructure organization in their search for a Senior Global Supply Chain Manager to lead EMEA operations from London. In this hands-on role, you will design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies that optimize cost, service, risk, and sustainability across expanding international operations.

You will oversee logistics coordination, inventory management, trade compliance, and supplier performance while navigating complex country-specific customs, VAT regimes, and incoterms. Your responsibilities include partnering closely with data centre operations, engineering, finance, and capacity teams to align delivery schedules with site readiness, safeguard against tax exposure, and drive cross-functional initiatives in logistics optimization and digital transformation.

This varied position requires managing complex global logistics, procurement, and inventory to support high-performance cloud infrastructure across multiple regions. You will be the operational backbone ensuring seamless equipment delivery, trade compliance, and operational resilience throughout EMEA markets.

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain management, including demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong expertise in procurement, global logistics, demand planning, and supply chain analytics within multi-regional operations
• Solid working knowledge of international trade compliance, customs clearance procedures, incoterms, and regional VAT/duty structures
• Proven proficiency in enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and modern supply chain planning software
• Demonstrated experience developing supply chain risk mitigation frameworks, safety stock policies, and business continuity plans

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, APICS, ISM, or Six Sigma
• Experience managing multi-regional suppliers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers within tech infrastructure or data centre environments
