About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential mobile gaming studio in Paris that is building innovative puzzle experiences. This is a part-time freelance position offering two to three days of work per week on a three-month contract. Our talent team is seeking a skilled 3D Artist to join a small, agile studio focused on rapid prototyping and player-driven iteration.
Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Artist in executing the game's artistic vision from concept through implementation
- Design and implement scalable UI systems from concept to final integration in Unity
- Create and maintain comprehensive UI Style Bibles and reusable component libraries
- Develop high-quality 3D assets including characters, props, and environment art optimized for mobile performance
- Set up, integrate, and animate UI scenes directly in Unity
- Collaborate with Game Designers to ensure UI supports gameplay clarity and accessibility
- Contribute to LiveOps features and seasonal content updates
- Iterate quickly based on team feedback and live user performance data
- Propose creative solutions to enhance player engagement and improve user experience
What We're Looking For
- Strong Unity implementation skills with proven ability to optimize assets and UI directly in engine
- Excellent 3D modeling and texturing abilities with strong attention to visual hierarchy and composition
- Solid UI/UX design experience for mobile games
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and learn from successful mobile game trends
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional and remote teams
- Fluent in English for daily communication
- Portfolio showcasing mobile-optimized 3D work and UI implementation
