We are representing a confidential mobile technology client in Paris who is expanding their talent acquisition capabilities. Our team at Get A Job.ai has been engaged to find their first dedicated Talent Sourcer focused on growth initiatives across gaming and consumer applications.

This is a unique opportunity to build sourcing strategies from the ground up within a fast-paced environment. You'll be identifying and engaging passive talent across diverse profiles including marketing specialists, artists, and developers who will contribute to products used by millions globally.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies tailored to each role, utilizing channels beyond traditional platforms—including communities, newsletters, events, niche forums, conference speaker lists, and creative outreach methods
• Write personalized and compelling outreach messages that generate genuine interest and reflect company culture
• Build and maintain active talent pools and pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with emphasis on nurturing long-term relationships
• Conduct in-depth market mapping to understand talent landscapes, track competitor activity, and identify where top profiles are located and how to reach them
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining high standards for candidate relevance and experience
• Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance sourcing efficiency, personalize outreach at scale, and track performance metrics
• Analyze sourcing metrics and iterate on strategies based on data insights
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and what distinguishes exceptional profiles
• Continuously benchmark sourcing practices and introduce innovative approaches to attract hard-to-reach talent

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or research-intensive roles—ideally within fast-paced tech or gaming environments
• Resourceful and creative mindset with the ability to find talent through unconventional channels
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft outreach messages that generate responses
• Proficiency with modern sourcing tools and AI technologies, with a continuous learning approach
• Strategic thinking abilities to build and nurture pipelines proactively rather than reactively
• Data-driven and organized, capable of balancing volume and quality across multiple concurrent searches
• Collaborative nature and genuine curiosity about talent markets and industry trends
• French language skills are beneficial given the Paris location
