We are representing a confidential AI technology company in their search for a Social Growth Strategist. Our client is transforming how millions of creators and marketers generate and interact with AI-powered creative tools across speech, music, image, and video. This is a rare opportunity to shape the social presence of a fast-moving product at the intersection of AI and creativity.

As Social Growth Strategist, you will own and elevate the social presence across multiple brand channels including X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord. This is a hands-on role combining content strategy, lightweight video editing, and community engagement. You'll plan the content calendar, capture product moments, record and edit content yourself using tools like Screen Studio, and adapt each post natively for its platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the social content calendar across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for multiple brand channels, plus community management on Discord, from planning through publishing
• Coordinate with creative and product teams to capture product moments such as screen recordings, motion demos, and feature walkthroughs, adapting them into social-ready assets
• Record and edit content yourself using tools like Screen Studio, assembling clips, adding text and motion overlays, and formatting natively for each platform
• Own and grow the Discord community, sparking conversation, surfacing feedback, and maintaining engagement
• Plan and execute social content around product launches, feature releases, and company moments
• Work with creator partnerships and community teams to source creator work, align on campaigns, and amplify content across channels
• Monitor platform analytics, tracking engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversion, using data to refine strategy
• Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and cultural moments to identify brand opportunities
• Elevate brand voice and raise quality standards across every channel while maintaining consistent identity
• Manage community engagement across platforms, responding to comments, surfacing feedback, and joining relevant conversations
• Develop and iterate on content formats that drive engagement and showcase product capabilities to creators and marketers

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for a technology or creative tools company, with a portfolio of work you can share
• Ability to perform lightweight video editing, assembling clips, adding text and motion overlays, and formatting content for different platforms
• Comfortable recording and editing your own content with tools like Screen Studio, turning product moments into native posts independently
• Proven ability to write sharp, platform-native copy across X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Fluency in social analytics with ability to pull insights from native platform dashboards and translate them into content decisions
• Experience coordinating content across cross-functional teams including video, community, partnerships, and product marketing
• Genuine understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape with informed opinions about industry direction

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience managing social for a product used by creators and marketers (e.g., Adobe, Canva, Figma, Runway, or similar platforms)
• Experience running or growing a community channel such as Discord
• Experience with social scheduling and management tools (Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, or similar)
• Experience building a social presence from early stage or leading a rebrand on social
• Multilingual capabilities

This role is remote and can be executed from the United Kingdom or globally, with options to work from client offices in London and other major cities if preferred.
