About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential AI technology client in their search for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager fluent in German. This Munich-based role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge generative AI products that are transforming how global enterprises communicate and train their teams.
Our client serves the majority of Fortune 100 companies and recently completed significant growth funding. As their DACH market continues to expand, they need a relationship-driven professional who can ensure enterprise clients extract maximum value from their platform.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with enterprise accounts across the DACH region
- Drive successful onboarding experiences for new clients, establishing strong foundations in the critical first months
- Manage a book of business with clear accountability for retention, growth, and health metrics
- Lead regular business reviews with C-suite and senior stakeholders, demonstrating ROI and identifying expansion opportunities
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks while uncovering opportunities for account growth
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to create seamless handoffs and client experiences
- Educate clients on innovative approaches to visual content creation
- Forecast account performance and manage against key performance indicators
- Conduct light platform configuration and demonstration activities
What We're Looking For
- Language: Native or fluent German speaker with excellent English
- Experience: Customer Success Management, Account Management, Technical Account Management, or Implementation background in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record managing enterprise book of business with measurable KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to engage technical and business stakeholders from individual contributors through C-level executives
- Success in risk management, value realization, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Strong onboarding and relationship-building capabilities with enterprise clients
- Comfort with technology products and willingness to learn platform functionality
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Munich
