Senior Associate, AV

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential media agency in London for a Senior Associate, AV position. Our client works with major consumer brands to deliver sophisticated audiovisual media campaigns across traditional and digital channels. This role offers excellent exposure to the full campaign lifecycle and the opportunity to develop expertise in AV buying and planning.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with TV sales houses to manage TV airtime delivery in line with campaign plans
• Monitor airtime delivery at both volume and quality levels, ensuring optimal access to peak times and premium inventory
• Collaborate with Implementation, Investment, and Communications Planning teams to execute best-in-class AV campaigns
• Ensure buying delivers against price and quality guarantees
• Manage delivery of all AV plans on time and without errors
• Develop understanding of airtime management processes and how they contribute to overall campaign audits
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external media partners
• Progress toward client-facing responsibilities, making strategic recommendations to address business challenges

What We're Looking For

• Passionate and enthusiastic AV specialist with curiosity about media and technology
• Strong mathematical skills are essential
• Excellent communicator and presenter
• Interest in marketing theory and the opportunities presented by AV, data, and technology
• Prior agency or AV experience is valuable but not required
• Ability to manage complex campaigns with minimal supervision as you develop in the role
• Collaborative team player who can build relationships across multiple functions
• Detail-oriented professional capable of implementing robust airtime management processes
