Team Coordinator HR & Finance (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare practice with multiple locations across Munich. Our client is seeking a Team Coordinator for HR & Finance to support their growing operations. This is a part-time position offering 15-20 hours per week, based at their Gärtnerplatz location with flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment reminders
• Process staff time tracking and payroll administration
• Maintain financial records using DATEV software
• Organize document filing and archiving systems
• Order and manage consumable materials and supplies
• Participate in practice development and process optimization initiatives
• Create and update internal administrative documentation and guidelines
• Provide general back-office support across HR and finance functions

What We're Looking For

• Completed business degree (BWL) or commercial apprenticeship as a bookkeeper, tax specialist, bank clerk, or comparable qualification; business psychology background also welcomed
• Several years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Prior experience in a healthcare practice environment is desirable but not required
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) – beyond basic user level
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) and working knowledge of English
• Empathetic, communicative, and collaborative team player
• Reliable, well-organized, and detail-oriented approach to work
• Professional telephone manner and confident communication style
