About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential social media marketing agency based in Dortmund. Our client specializes in strategic creator partnerships and social campaigns that drive meaningful engagement across platforms. We're seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their growing team and help coordinate influencer marketing initiatives from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and coordination of influencer and social media campaigns
• Communicate with content creators and keep projects on track throughout their lifecycle
• Research and identify suitable creators, conducting initial selections based on campaign requirements
• Contribute to content ideation and editorial planning processes
• Plan and accompany content production sessions
• Coordinate closely with strategy, creative, and paid media teams
• Prepare client presentations and performance reports
• Analyze campaign results and extract actionable insights for future optimizations

What We're Looking For

• Initial experience in social media, influencer marketing, or project management (e.g., through internships or working student positions)
• Strong instinct for social media trends and what drives engagement on TikTok and Instagram
• Genuine interest in creator marketing and relationship-building with influencers
• Structured, organized approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive mindset with solution-oriented thinking
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, creators, and clients
• Fluency in German and English
