Wir suchen einen Berater Giro/Zahlungsverkehr gewerblich (m/w/d), der gewerbliche Kunden eigenständig im Geschäftsfeld Zahlungsverkehr betreut. Sie arbeiten in einem kleinen, spezialisierten Team und übernehmen hohe vertriebliche Eigenverantwortung.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Eigenständige Beratung zugeordneter Firmenkunden zu allen Produkten rund um das Geschäftsgirokonto
- Hohe vertriebliche Eigenverantwortung mit engem Austausch und Zusammenarbeit mit Primärberatern
- Eigenständige Terminvereinbarung, Produktauswahl und Abschluss aus der Produktpalette Giro/Zahlungsverkehr
- Durchführung von Geschäftskonto-Checks
Was wir suchen
- Bankkaufmännische Ausbildung (erforderlich)
- Idealerweise Bankfachwirt/in
- Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme am Fachseminar Electronic Banking und Spezialseminaren
- Erfahrung in Bezug auf Digitalisierung und Payment-Themen

Vergütung
Unser Auftraggeber wendet den TVöD-BT-S an (Entgeltgruppe 9b). Die Jahresbruttovergütung liegt je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation in einer Spanne von ca. 56.300 € bis ca. 73.900 € mit 13,83 Monatsgehältern inkl. Höchstbetrag der vermögenswirksamen Leistungen.
Weitere Leistungen: 39-Stunden-Woche bei Vollzeit, flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung (ohne Wochenendarbeit und Spätdienste), 32 Urlaubstage (ab 2027: 33 Tage) plus bezahlte Freistellung am 24.12. und 31.12., Möglichkeit zum mobilen Arbeiten, betriebliche Altersvorsorge, betriebliche Krankenversicherung, Unterstützung bei Aus- und Weiterbildung, Fahrradleasing, 50% Zuschuss zum Deutschlandticket.
