Unser Mandant sucht einen erfahrenen Sales Manager (w/m/d) im Außendienst für das Rhein-Main-Gebiet. In dieser Rolle vertreten Sie eine Plattform, die Terminplanung, Zahlungsabwicklung und datenbasierte Analysen für selbstständige Unternehmer vereint.
Responsibilities
- Planung und Durchführung Ihrer wöchentlichen Vertriebsaktivitäten mit strategischem Fokus auf Neukundengewinnung im Außendienst
- Präsentation überzeugender Produkt-Demos, die den konkreten Mehrwert der Software für potenzielle Kunden deutlich machen
- Akquise neuer Geschäftskunden durch telefonische Kaltakquise, persönliche Vor-Ort-Besuche und spontane Walk-In-Gespräche
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team
- Eigenverantwortliche Zielsetzung und Dokumentation Ihrer Aktivitäten im CRM-System
What we're looking for
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im B2B-Außendienst mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in der Neukundenakquise
- Ausgeprägte Vertriebsleidenschaft und echte Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt
- Selbstständige, strategische Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und Chancen zu identifizieren
- Technisches Verständnis für SaaS-Lösungen und fundierte Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
- Gültiger Führerschein und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Außeneinsätzen im Rhein-Main-Gebiet
- Nahezu muttersprachliches Deutsch und gutes Englisch
- Zielorientierte Persönlichkeit, die sowohl autonom als auch im Team erfolgreich arbeitet
