About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Senior Strategic Consultant to join their Professional Services team in France. Our client helps enterprise customers transform digital experience data into measurable business outcomes through strategic consulting, analytics, and enablement services.

In this senior client-facing role, you will deliver strategic consulting engagements and manage ongoing service relationships with enterprise customers. You will combine consulting expertise, project management skills, and digital analytics knowledge to help customers understand their digital experience, prioritize opportunities, and drive action.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of strategic consulting and analytics engagements from discovery through completion
• Serve as primary operational point of contact for services being delivered to customers
• Define project objectives, scope, milestones, working methods, deliverables, and success criteria
• Lead managed-services engagements as delivery owner and project manager, maintaining proactive service roadmaps
• Coordinate work of Data Analysts, UX Design Consultants, Implementation Managers, Training Consultants, and other specialists
• Analyze digital experience data and translate findings into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
• Prepare and deliver analyses, executive readouts, workshops, training sessions, and working sessions with customer teams
• Help customers define use cases, measurement approaches, prioritization frameworks, and roadmaps
• Assess data collection, tagging plans, data quality, and measurement frameworks to ensure reliable analysis
• Facilitate discussions with operational teams, analytics teams, technical stakeholders, senior leaders, and economic buyers
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers who own broader partnerships while you own service delivery quality and coordination
• Monitor customer adoption, engagement, and delivery progress; proactively identify risks and opportunities
• Contribute to reusable consulting methods, frameworks, templates, and best practices
• Use artificial intelligence responsibly to improve preparation, analysis, and delivery quality

What We're Looking For

• 5-6 years of experience in management consulting, strategic consulting, digital consulting, professional services, or similar customer-facing advisory roles
• Experience working with large enterprise customers and navigating complex stakeholder environments
• Demonstrated experience managing projects or workstreams from discovery through delivery
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, including ability to lead workshops and executive discussions
• Structured thinking and strong problem-solving skills with ability to frame ambiguous challenges clearly
• Practical experience with digital analytics, business intelligence, conversion optimization, or customer experience analytics
• Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Understanding of tagging plans, data collection, data quality, measurement frameworks, and data structures
• Ability to interpret data, develop analyses, and communicate implications and recommendations clearly
• Strong project management skills including planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to work independently across changing mix of one-off missions and recurring managed-services engagements
• Comfortable collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, and specialist consulting teams
• Practical curiosity about artificial intelligence, data flows, data warehouses, APIs, and modern digital analytics ecosystems
• Full professional fluency in French and English, including ability to lead customer conversations, workshops, and presentations in French
• Availability to work primarily during French or Central European business hours
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements, team meetings, and company events
