About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a venture-backed technology company building enterprise AI infrastructure. They've secured major customers across retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, and luxury goods—and they're expanding aggressively in the UK market.

This is a founding sales role in London for someone who already owns the enterprise relationships that matter. You'll be the first Account Executive on the ground, building a territory from scratch in a market where demand is accelerating but no vendor has locked it down yet. If you've spent years cultivating the right network and you're ready to deploy it in a genuinely early category, this is your shot.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline through your existing enterprise network—there is no inbound engine or SDR support
• Own the full sales cycle: sourcing, piloting, building the business case, negotiating, and closing six-figure contracts
• Target mid-market and enterprise accounts with £100K+ annual contract values
• Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across product, AI, IT, legal, and procurement functions
• Represent the company publicly in the UK—at events, in conversations, and across the market
• Activate early partner relationships with system integrators and advisory firms to build a co-sell motion

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of enterprise or mid-market B2B SaaS sales experience in the UK
• Proven track record closing multiple six-figure enterprise contracts
• Active network of prospects and decision-makers across UK enterprise accounts
• Comfortable in technical sales conversations with CTOs, ML teams, and data leads
• Experience driving your own pipeline without relying on inbound or SDR support
• Experience working alongside system integrators and advisory firms in a co-sell capacity
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with lean processes and building as you go
• Fluent in English

Bonus: Experience as a first sales hire or market launcher; background in data, analytics, ML infrastructure, or developer tools.

Pay and Benefits

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £160,000–£200,000 OTE (50/50 base and variable). Equity included. This is a full-time, senior-level role based in London with a hybrid working model.
