Projektkoordinator / Projektassistenz (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential occupational safety consultancy based in Lünen, Germany. They are seeking a Project Coordinator / Project Assistant to join their engineering team on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will provide essential organizational, administrative, and project-specific support across multiple client engagements throughout Germany. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the project team and collaborating closely with project leads, including occasional on-site client visits
• Coordinating extensive scheduling and meetings, including preparation and follow-up activities
• Assisting with project controlling - planning and monitoring project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Creating and delivering project-related presentations and reports
• Supporting new business development and participation in project tenders
• Conducting market observations and competitive analyses
• Assisting with preparation and follow-up of ISO audits (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001)
• Maintaining and organizing risk assessments, operating instructions, and training materials
• Contributing to documentation and reporting in environmental, occupational safety, and fire protection management
• Supporting the creation of technical reports and action plans
• Managing customer data, project plans, and action lists in industry-specific software
• Preparing and following up on workshops, training sessions, and interactive client events

What We're Looking For

• Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship/qualification, or comparable education
• Initial professional experience in a comparable position
• Proficient use of MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken German
• Resilience, initiative, and confident demeanor
• Organizational talent with affinity for numbers and interest in consulting
• Ability to maintain overview across multiple concurrent projects
• Value both teamwork and independent, accountable work
• Enjoy direct customer contact and work in a structured manner
