Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) / Sicherheitsingenieur (mensch) – Brandenburg

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential occupational health and safety consultancy with clients across Brandenburg. In this hybrid role, you will conduct approximately 7–9 client visits per month while enjoying the flexibility of home-based work.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive workplace safety consulting to client organizations
• Conducting initial assessments and regular facility inspections
• Creating and updating risk assessments (Gefährdungsbeurteilungen)
• Advising on regulatory compliance in occupational safety
• Preparing for and participating in workplace safety committee meetings (ASA-Sitzungen)
• Delivering safety training and employee instruction sessions
• Analyzing workplace incidents and developing preventive measures
• Supporting responses to professional associations and regulatory authorities
• Contributing to specialized projects in hazardous materials management, fire safety, or digitalization initiatives
• Helping shape modern digital processes in workplace safety management

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Completed qualification as Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) or Sicherheitsingenieur (m/w/d)
• Proven experience in occupational safety, workplace health, or corporate health management
• Independent and structured working style
• Genuine interest in client consulting and relationship building
• Enthusiasm for digital tools and modern safety solutions
• Willingness to travel regionally for client appointments (2–3 days per week)
• Excellent German language skills in written and spoken communication; English proficiency is advantageous
